The success of our Rose Society depends on active members.
Some members are happy to join the Society and simply receive "The Australian Rose Annual" and our quarterly Journals. However, members are welcome to attend meetings, Bus Trips, Pruning Demonstrations, Rose Plantings and assist the Society in various public rose activities undertaken by the Society.
Many members volunteer their time during the Spring and Autumn shows in various ways and this is greatly appreciated.
Some members nominate for Council and this too is important, as it is this Council which manages the day to day running of the Society.
We encourage the wearing of Name Badges. These are sent out annually to members. Your name badge makes you known to other members and is very useful when you are representing the Society at shows or at Society displays and functions.
